Connecting, Correcting and Empowering Children from Hard Places to Succeed
At the Empowered to Connect Conference you will experience practical teaching designed to equip families, churches, and professionals to better serve children from hard places and those impacted by adoption and foster care, in a safe and supportive community.
This two-day live simulcast features Trust-Based Relational Intervention® methods developed by Dr. Karyn Purvis and Dr. David Cross from the TCU Institute of Child Development to help bring attachment and connection in families. Learn more about Trust Based Relationship Therapy and the speakers.
$15 per person; $25 per couple.
Price includes workbook, as well as snacks and beverages throughout. A lunch break will be provided each day.

There are many opportunities for people working in the fields of education, healthcare, counseling, social work and more to receive credit for attending this 2-day event. There are also training hours available for foster and adoptive parents.

Foster/Adopt Training Hours Foster and Adoptive Parents, register for the event and see the welcome counter to receive your training certificate at the end of each day. Even if you cannot attend the entire 2 days, you may receive hours for the sessions you do attend.
