Good News Community Church wants to see thousands of men, women, and children across northwest Iowa and southwest Minnesota being transformed into radical, reproducing apprentices of Jesus Christ. We do this by connecting, growing, and serving together ... In Christ.

What are we about?

What drives us at Good News? What is our vision and mission? What are our goals for the future. Discover our history and where we're going.

What do we believe?

What does our community believe about God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit? What do we think about Scripture and its authority in our life? Explore our beliefs and what makes us Reformed.

What would it be like to be part of a family? A family that's centered around grace, forgiveness, hope, and love? At Good News, that's our vision. To connect you with like-minded individuals and families that accept you as you are and love you enough to not leave you there.

Lifetree Cafe

Simply put, it's a "conversation café" - a place and time for people to gather weekly to experience stories and talk about thought-provoking topics relating to life and faith.

Celebrate Recovery

Celebrate Recovery is about friendship and celebrating God's healing power in our lives through the "8 Recovery Principles." This experience allows us to open the door to change by sharing our experiences, strengths and hopes with one another.

We believe in a God of justice and grace, of righteousness and love. And we believe that God wants to be in relationship with you. We would love to walk alongside you to help you grow as an apprentice of God's Son, Jesus.

Small Groups

Each season our church gathers in groups of 6-12 to get connected with others, as well as study and apply the Sunday message. Find out how you can get involved!

The Journey

Our vision includes seeing people being transformed into radical, reproducing apprentices of Jesus Christ. We offer The Journey to help this vision become a reality, answering three crucial questions: Who is God? Who am I? And what does God want to do with my life? Find out more.

We believe that Jesus came to serve, not to be served. As His apprentices, we want to follow His example by serving our community and our world in tangible ways.

Missional Communities

Up. In. Out. This is the rhythm for life, and a Missional Community is a mid-sized community that helps that rhythm become natural for you and your family. Discover how to join one.

Have you always felt like you made to be part of something bigger than yourself? Volunteering is a great opportunity to just that. Find out how.
